Fish is weighed, packed and frozen at the processor. Canned and dry goods are checked and packed into export cartons.
Frozen goods cross the Pacific in refrigerated containers, clear Canadian import checks, and go into our Metro Vancouver cold storage. From there, your order is delivered locally or loaded onto refrigerated freight for your city.
